About Me

About Me

I am a compassionate and engaging psychologist who helps people live lives that feel more grounded, satisfying, and meaningful. I aim to create a space where you can feel supported and accepted, and where conversations feel natural.

My approach is based on the understanding that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are shaped by our relationships and experiences, and by how our nervous system influences the way we experience ourselves and others. Together, we will make sense of what is going on for you, understand patterns, and find ways to put new insights into action that lead to sustainable change.
